Las Vegas SNOW

It snowed in Las Vegas!!!
I know it sounds crazy, but it really did. The ariport even got shot down, because of lack of visiblity. Delaying my mom a whole day from getting here. :( It hasn't snowed like this since 30 years ago. At our house we got a couple of inches, but in other parts of the city it got to 8 inches.

We prepared Scooby for the cold by buying snow shoes. They didn't really work.

If you look closely to the left of me the bush has yellow snow made by Scooby.

After being out in the cold weather we warmed inside the warm house.

As you can see Scooby ate Cartmen, Gabe's slippers. It is a good thing I had already bought and wraped Gabe new ones or his poor feet would of have went Cold. I couldn't make him wait for Christmas.

We went to Mt. Charleston to see the snow.
It colder than we are use to, but we had lots of fun. It was really pretty up on the mountain. There was alot of people sleding. Scooby had fun, but he got cold pretty fast. I'm sure because of the lack of clothing.

We tried to make a fire to make our Hobo dinners, but we forgot to bring lighter fluid and everything around us was wet. So we went home and cooker our food in the oven. :)

TWILIGHT
For those of you who are Twilight fans "Rock on" and for those of you who are not you should give it a chance it is a really good book. So good they made a movie out of it. We dragged our husbands with us and watched the movie. It was good, but not as good as the book. I'm looking forward to the next movie.
